Well as I am from Aurangabad Maharashtra so my nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj international airport Mumbai. So I booked a flight from Mumbai to Bangkok.
From Aurangabad to Mumbai I booked a train which is Jan Shatabdi Express which is in the morning at 6 am and reaches Mumbai at 12:30 pm.
Our Flight to Bangkok is 11 pm at night so we have a whole day to explore Mumbai.
So Document we have a passport, hotel booking confirmation, flight ticket for both ways, passport-size photo, and cash for 10,000 Thai baht.
Thailand provides a visa-on-arrival facility.
How I explore Pattaya City Thailand
We reached Bangkok at 3:30 morning at Suvarnabhumi international airport as soon as we reached we went to take a visa which cost us 2000 Thai baht.
The distance From Bangkok to Pattaya city is 150 kilometers You can take a taxi, bus, or Grab (It is like Uber, uber is not in Thailand but Grab service is available so just download the Grab app and book through the app). well, I booked a bus ticket from the airport. Well from the airport there are continuous buses to Pattaya.
At morning 5 o clock we sat on the bus and reached Pattaya at 7 morning It took us 2 hours to reach Pattaya.
As soon as we reached the hotel room we were so tied immediately we slept for almost 8 hours. After a nice sleep, we did an afternoon dinner.
For dinner, we tested Thai dishes Tom Kha Gai (Chicken coconut soup) and Khao pad (which is fried rice).
Now you have a question in mind What’s the best hotel in Pattaya?

Day 1 My Pattaya nightlife experience
In the evening we have decided that we will be going to explore Pattaya city by just walking and by public transportation, we have no plan for where to go in the evening.
We just took a tuk tuk it is very easy public transportation in Pattaya city it cost us 10 baht for one person. After 2 to 3 km from the tuk tuk we saw a very big function going on near the beach side so went there it is a flower festival.
There are a number of tourist people plus local people with huge numbers. The Thai people performing on stage classical dance, folk dance, and regional dance the stage performance were amazing. We were so lucky that we have experienced a flower festival.
Then we click a couple of pictures with Thai people we spend almost 2 hours on the beach and enjoyed the flower festival.
Pattaya walking street
Again we took the tuk-tuk towards the walking streets of Pattaya nightlife. Walking street is very famous in Pattaya never miss visiting walking street.
We were a total of three members Kamble sir who is a professor, Wahule sir advocate, and myself we enter the walking street.
As soon as we enter the walking street, we have seen several decent live music bars and tourists taking pictures & selfies.
If you come here during the evening, you will see a lot of families with their children and while if come during the night, the ambiance is a lot different.
We came to know that walking street is not a designated red light district let me tell you that prostitution in Thailand is illegal.
During the evening Pattaya’s walking street is filled with family-based tourists. People of various ages come here with their kids.
At night there are many girls on the walking street, who would try to convince you to come inside and order a drink. Many of them are ladyboys.
But the best way to ignore this girl and not to make eye contact and keep walking the street ignore them completely.
If you choose to enter any of the bars on walking street make sure you do price enquire at the entry gate only, otherwise they charge you much more.
In the walking street, you will also get to see many genuine live musics. Here mostly Westerners and locals come with their families to enjoy the live music.
I do not drink so we did not enter any of the bars & Night clubs. So after passing dozens of bars and night club, we reached the other end part of the walking street.
We tested Pattaya street food
All the walking we did in the walking street made us very much hungry time was 11 at night. So we are looking to try out Thai street food.
As we are walking through walking street there are many small lanes where we saw a variety of street Thai food options as we are very hungry.
So we order chicken pad thai with pineapple fruits which cost us 130 baht per person.
Again we took a tuk-tuk to return to our hotel room we reach our hotel room at 12 o clock at night. It is an unplanned evening but to be honest it is an amazing evening.
On our first day, we explore Pattaya city by tuk-tuk which is local public transportation, we experience the flower festival at the beach and then Walking Street amazing experience we can also say that we experience Pattaya nightlife.
Pattaya Beach Day 2
The next day we decided that we will be going to do water sports activities. So booked water sports activities from our hotel.
A man from the touring agency came into our hotel to pick us we made the full payment that is 2000 Thai baht.
Once the payment is confirmed a guide took us to Pattaya Beach. From Pattaya beach on a motor boat, we went to coral island very famous beach in Pattaya city.
Coral Island Pattaya beach is very famous for its water sports activities such as banana boat ride, jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, and much more we did all the water sports activities which cost us 2000 baht.
Parasailing
From Pattaya beach, we went on a motor boat way to our first water sports activities that is parasailing. To be honest I have never done parasailing in my life.
Our parachute is attached to a motorboat and then the motorboat pulled us very fast and then we were flying in the air.
I have never done parasailing before so I am very nervous literally my body shaking.
But I have decided I have to do this to overcome my fear when I was flying in the air I started screaming I am so happy that I did this. I am enjoying parasailing.
The speed of the boat is very fast and I was flying In the air amazing experience. The driver of the boat they slow speed once we reached the middle and pulled down into the sea.
That time I was so scared I started shouting my half body was in the sea for a few seconds and then again he increase the boat’s speed and I was flying in the air that was very scary for me.
Because I have never done any kind of watersports activities before. But this was an amazing experience I recommend everyone must do water sports activities if you were visited Pattaya.
Banana boat rides Pattaya
Then the second water sports activity I did that is banana ride. It is a very fun ride on a banana boat easily 4 people can seat on the boat.
Banna boat instructor speed the boat very fast and suddenly he take a u-turn all the people who sat boat fall down it is a fun ride not very scary.
Jet skiing
The third water sports activity we did that is jet skiing. Jet skiing is one type of sea bike that we can ride on the sea it is also a fast-speed ride the whole ride has lasted for a few minutes very enjoyable ride.
Sea walking
Sea walking is a water sports activity in which we can explore the underwater world. It was a little scary because I did not know how to swim.
They put oxygen with full head covered and they directly throw us in the water for a few seconds I was scared. But Inside the water they made a group of people to hold hands with each other.
After a few seconds, we started walking into the water and we started seeing beautiful fishes of different colors. Yes, it is very easy to walk under the sea.
In this way, we completed our 4 water sports activities then our guide dropped us at Pattaya beach from the coral island through a motorboat.
When we reached Pattaya beach half of the day is over.
Tested Indian food in Pattaya
After the water sports activity, we went to the hotel room changed our dress, and went to have evening dinner at an Indian restaurant name tea point restaurant.
Tea Point restaurant is best for Indian food that is my personal experience it is located at Soi Buakhao Main Road Pattaya city.
Where we order butter chicken with butter naan. In this way, our day 2 in Pattaya is over.
At night our hotel organized a party for a traveler entry ticket was 100 baht per person. As I personally did not like to do parties and drinks so we have to cancel that plan.
At night almost 8 pm we caught a tuk-tuk and just started randomly exploring Pattaya city. Thai massage is very popular in Thailand.
We still regret in our whole trip to Thailand that we have not experienced the Thai massage. As we all know that Thai massage is world-famous.
Day 3 Big Buddha temple, Pattaya
On the day 3 trip to Pattaya our next destination big buddha temple it is very close to Pattaya city which is almost 5 kilometers.
Entry was completely free So to reach big buddha you can hire a taxi or motorbike if you are solo then hire a motorbike or you may walk but make sure to carry a water bottle because the climate of Pattaya is very hot and humid.
If you are female then make sure you must wear a dress that covers your shoulder and leg properly before entering to temple otherwise you will not get permission to enter in temple.
When we reached the big Buddha temple we saw the Buddha statue was so beautiful it is 18 meters tall.
The big Buddha statue is located at Pratumnak Hill so the view was amazing we were able to see the whole of Pattaya city from the big Buddha temple.
It is one of the great attractions in Pattaya has a lovely place very calm and relaxing awesome and creative showing different stages and versions of Buddha’s life.
Buddha Mountain Pattaya
Entry is completely free and the distance from central Pattaya to buddha mountain is almost 20 to 25 kilometers. Well, we booked a taxi to reach buddha mountain.
It is one of the largest Buddha images in the world carved in the mountain also known as laser Buddha filled with gold and best-known landmark attraction.
You can see the Buddha images at a very long distance. If you have visited Pattaya then buddha mountain is must visit place.
