Let me tell you after the 10th class I have taken admission to a polytechnic (Diploma in Computer) and then B.E in computers.
My parents have given me permission because my aunty leaves in Mumbai so they have already informed my aunty that Vaibbhav and his friend are coming.
But I do not want to stay at Aunty’s house because as I am with my friend so we booked a hotel in the DADAR area and called my cousin, to come to stay with us at the hotel.
Because my aunty leaves in Dadar so we booked a hotel in the Dadar area.
We booked a ticket for the Jan Shatabdi express train from Aurangabad to Mumbai departure time was 6 am and we reached Dadar station at 11 morning it was just 5 hours journey.
As my cousin already waiting at Dadar station than me, my friend, and cousin went directly to the hotel and we have taken rest for almost 4 hours because at night we have not slept properly because of the excitement of the Mumbai trip.
My Mumbai local train experience
Then in the evening at 4 o clock, we have decided that we will go to marine drive. So to travel in Mumbai the best and cheapest way is Mumbai local train.
So went to Dadar station and purchased a ticket to CSMT station we also purchased a return ticket. There is continuous local for every 5 to 10 min.
It was 5 o clock the local train has arrived when I saw the crowd on the train, to be honest, I got scared to travel on the local train.
So we left the first local and then waited for the second local. The second local train also comes full of crowds.
Then my cousin told me that you have to push the people otherwise people will not allow you to get enter the local train. While Seeing that first time such a huge crowd I got scared I told my cousin we will go by taxi or bus.
It is always a very high amount of crowd in the evening 5 to 7. Because all the office gets over during this time.
But anyway I, my friend and my cousin manage somehow to enter the local train and in just 30 min we reached CSMT station it was fast local.
In 30 min journey, we were standing it is full of a crowd, to be honest in 30 min I was very much scared. For Mumbai people local train journey is very normal local train is a lifeline of Mumbai.
From CSMT station (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj terminal) by 15 min walking we reached Nariman Point it is also known as marine drive.
If you travel by local train for 3 to 4 days you will not feel any fear. After a few days, you will love to travel by local train because it is very cheap and it takes very less time from your source to your destination.
Then we started exploring Nariman Point known as marine drive, the CSMT station area, at last, we did an evening dinner at Mohammad Ali Road.
Then at 9 pm, we catch the local to return to Dadar on the return journey at that time, it was a very less amount of crowd.
We were in Mumbai for 4 days and we continuously traveled by local train. Most of the places we explored by traveling locally. After 2 days I am completely used to it traveling on a local train.
